Search
- Understand the client's message; their over riding corporate culture and values, product mix, marketing and market penetration and competitive challenges.
- Define the search opportunity which includes position competencies, activities, goals, compensation and benefits.
- Brief the firm.
- Create a search strategy.
- Develop a targeted lists of sources.
Implementation
- Identify candidates from our search strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive interview, access their skills and direct experience, accomplishments, problems solving, values, energy, personality and fit.
- Ensure that candidates have supporting materials for their accomplishments.
Process
- Present qualified candidates that meet the organizations requirements.
- Manage the process - screening interviews to pre and post interviews briefings for both candidates and clients.
- Maintain a dialogue with candidate and client to move candidate toward joining the client organization. Review compensation, discuss counter offers, start date availability and confirm commitments to pursue the opportunity.
- Actively manage the candidate's pre-acceptance status; their availability and handling counter offers.
Closing the Offer
- Offer is reviewed with client. Based on client's preference offer is presented by either the client of GrantProSearch.
- Interact with client and candidate if further negotiations are required.
- Manage candidate acceptance including resignation and start date.
- Track integration of candidate into client company.
